Strawberry Banana Blended Baked Oats

In addition to being easy to create, these baked oats with strawberry banana combination are not only a nutritional option for children, but they are also quite easy to prepare. Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of essence of vanilla bean.
  • quarter of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • One-eighth of a teaspoon of salt.
  • a third of a cup of fresh strawberries, chopped.
  • There is an optional 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.

Directions

Step 1

Bake at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

Step 2

A high-speed blender should be used to combine the oats, banana, eggs, almond milk, honey, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Take off the blade and mix in the strawberries that have been cut.

Step 3

The mixture should be distributed evenly among four ramekins, and chocolate chips should be sprinkled on top.

Step 4

In an oven that has been warmed, bake the oats for around 25 minutes, or until they have swelled up and become light golden brown.

Step 5

The dish should be served warm or at room temperature after it has cooled for at least five minutes.
