  • 1.25 pounds of fresh young red potatoes, chopped into slices measuring 1 inch in size
  • a teaspoon and a half of olive oil, split
  • One-fourth of a teaspoon of salt
  • Eight ounces of green beans prepared in the French way, trimmed
  • 1 and a half tablespoons of Dijon mustard, coarsely ground
  • One-third of a teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper, ground to a teaspoon's worth

Directions

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). A baking sheet with a rim that is extra-large should be lined with parchment paper. Spray some cooking spray on the parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the potatoes with one and a half tablespoons of oil and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Roast for twenty minutes after transferring to the baking sheet that has been prepared.
